To celebrate Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank)’s diamond year on September 5, the Bank opened an exhibit at the Metrobank Plaza, Makati.
“At Metrobank, we never forget our roots. This exhibit is an ode to all our customers who have supported us from the very beginning and to all the Metrobankers, past and present, who have worked hard to bring the Bank to its strong position today,” said Metrobank SVP and Chief Marketing Officer Digs Dimagiba.
The Metrobank 60th Anniversary Exhibit showcases different historical photos and items that were part of the Bank’s six decades of service to the Filipino people.
The exhibit is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Metrobank Presidents’ Lane. This hall features Metrobank’s seven presidents from 1962 to present.
In Good Hands. This is a historical collage of slides that captures the people and events that became part of Metrobank’s 60-year history.
“You’re In Good Hands” Poster. This ad has launched the famous slogan that Metrobank has been known for. Created in the 90s for the Bank’s marketing campaign, the “You’re In Good Hands” tagline has evolved into the Metrobank brand promise over the years.
1963 Annual Report. The first Annual Report of Metrobank was published in 1963. The Bank reported a significant expansion in total assets amounting to PHP 52 million after a full year of operations.
