SM City Lucena wins the Grand Prize during the annual festivities of city’s Pasayahan Festival with this year float’s theme Grand Mardi Gras with highlights of elegant and colorful masks and jesters, overall materials made of wood frames, painted plywood, recycled and old tarpaulins and rubber mats.
