Joan Rouella P. Corrales is a Tax Partner specializing in tax controversy with primary focus on the power and utilities, consumer and healthcare, trading, and automotive sectors. She is a CPA and lawyer. Arthur M. Maddalora is an Assurance Partner with in-depth experience in the audit of clients in the mining and metals and oil and gas industries and has handled US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) integrated audits. He is a CPA. Fatma Aleah A. Datukon is a Tax Partner specializing in various tax and audit support services, such as business tax compliance reviews, corporate tax return preparation and filing, tax compliance advisory, and statutory reporting or financial statements preparation, among others.
