Philippine PropTech Company Makes First International Expansion Through Strategic Partnership with Canadian Firm

Philippine PropTech company Inventi is making its move into North America through a partnership with Canada-based Property Copilot, marking a proud milestone for a homegrown SaaS firm as it enters a highly developed real estate market.

The move positions Inventi within a growing trend of Philippine tech companies exporting enterprise-grade software, as global demand for digital and increasingly AI-enabled property management platforms increases.

While the local real estate sector generates over $90 billion annually, the adoption of integrated property technology in the Philippines remains limited. Many property owners and operators are only starting to transition from fragmented tools to unified platforms, creating room for locally built solutions to grow both locally and overseas.

As part of their collaboration, the companies will establish Inventi Canada Inc., which will introduce Inventi’s platform to the Canadian market. The initial rollout is targeted for the second half of 2026, with plans to expand further across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia, as part of a long-term roadmap for the Asia-Pacific region.

Inventi and Property CoPilot integrate front-end leasing and payment technologies with back-end property oversight, creating a fully connected real estate ecosystem.

Inventi has spent over seven years building enterprise technology solutions for the Philippines’ property management industry. The company currently serves some of the most recognized property developers in the country, with its platform supporting over 400 buildings and more than 12.8 million square meters of managed space. Its technology covers facility management, work order management, visitor management, and building administration.

Property Copilot specializes in leasing, tenant screening, and digital payment solutions for the real estate industry. Its financial technology will enhance Inventi’s platform, offering enterprise clients a broader suite of tools and greater value in their subscriptions.

“This expansion shows that technology developed in the Philippines can compete on a global stage,” said Francis Henares, President and CEO of Inventi. “We built our platform by addressing real operational challenges, and we’re now applying that experience in new markets.”

For Property Copilot, the partnership expands its capabilities while strengthening its overall product suite. “Inventi brings deep operational insight that translates well across different markets,” said Wilberto Tong, CEO of Property Copilot. “Together, we’re creating a more complete platform for property managers in North America and beyond.”

The international expansion is expected to strengthen Inventi’s operations in the Philippines, particularly in engineering and product development, as Inventi scales its platform for global use.
