Bell-Kenz Pharma stands with the Philippine Coast Guard Special Service Center (CGSSC) in honoring and sending off athletes who are set to represent the Philippines in major international sporting competitions, celebrating their commitment to optimal health and national pride.
Among those carrying the Philippine flag abroad is pole vaulter Riezel Buenaventura, powered by Enplus Gold. She is set to compete in the 2026 World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu, South Korea, from August 22 to September 3.
Buenaventura enters the competition with an impressive international record, having captured silver at the 2024 World Masters Athletics Championships in Sweden and finishing sixth at the 2025 World Masters Indoor Championships in the United States.
Also set to carry the Philippine flag at the 20th Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games in Japan next month are Olympic silver medalist Nesthy Petecio and two-time Olympian Elreen Ando. They will be joined by judoka Khrizzie Pabulayan and beach volleyball player Lerry John Francisco, who will compete against some of Asia’s finest athletes.
While they come from different sporting disciplines, they share one common mission: to represent the Philippines with pride.
The PCG’s support for these athletes reflects its commitment to helping Filipino sportsmen and women pursue excellence and compete at the highest level. For Bell-Kenz Pharma, the send-off goes beyond a show of support—it is a tribute to the athletes who dedicate years to training, sacrifice, and preparation for the honor of representing their country.
Bell-Kenz Pharma is extending nutraceutical support to complement the athletes’ training, recovery, and competition preparations, in coordination with their coaches and medical teams.
The initiative reinforces the importance of health and wellness in enabling athletes to perform at their best—particularly those who balance the demands of public service with the discipline required of high-level competition.
“Our Coast Guard athletes demonstrate that service to the country can take many forms. Whether they are responding to emergencies or competing on the world stage, they carry the same discipline, courage and commitment. Bell-Kenz Pharma is proud to support their health and wellness as they represent the Philippines,” said Patrick Larraga, Corporate Branding and Public Affairs Head of Bell-Kenz Pharma.
The partnership highlights a broader commitment by Bell-Kenz Pharma to help make life better by supporting initiatives that promote health, wellness, preparedness, and excellence. It also strengthens the company’s collaboration with the Philippine Coast Guard in helping its personnel stay physically and mentally prepared—not only for the demands of service, but also for opportunities to excel beyond it.
As the athletes begin their respective international campaigns, Bell-Kenz Pharma and the Philippine Coast Guard call on Filipinos to rally behind these athletes and celebrate their dedication, sacrifices and unwavering commitment to bringing honor to the country.
Their mission may take them beyond Philippine shores, but the pride they carry belongs to an entire nation.
