Uni3DLab, the authorized distributor of Bambu Lab in the Philippines, opens Bambu Lab’s first store in the Philippines at SM Megamall.

The new dedicated retail space brings Bambu Lab’s 3D printing ecosystem closer to Filipino consumers, with hands-on product experiences, everyday applications, and opening offers from October 1–2.

MANILA, Philippines — October 1, 2026 —Uni3DLab opens its first Bambu Lab Authorized Store in the Philippines at SM Megamall, marking a new milestone for the brand’s physical retail presence in the country.

Located at 4th Floor, Cyberzone, Building B, SM Megamall, the dedicated retail space is operated by Uni3DLab, Bambu Lab’s authorized distributor in the Philippines.

Bambu Lab products have already been available locally through authorized distributors and retail channels. The new SM Megamall location builds on that presence by creating a dedicated Bambu Lab retail environment where customers can explore selected printers, materials, accessories, finished prints, and in-store demonstrations in one space.

First Authorized Store Brings 3D Printing Closer to Everyday Consumers

The SM Megamall store is designed to make desktop 3D printing easier to discover beyond technical specifications, online listings, and product videos.

Visitors can see selected Bambu Lab printers in action, compare different models and configurations, explore filament options and finished creations, and speak directly with the Uni3DLab team about products suited to different projects and levels of experience.

The space is intended for a broad range of users, from experienced makers and designers to students, families, hobbyists, professionals, and first-time users who may simply be curious about what a 3D printer can create.

Instead of presenting 3D printing purely as specialist equipment, the store gives visitors a more practical look at how the technology can be used for creative work, education, prototyping, collectibles, personalization, home organization, functional parts, and other everyday applications.

The Bambu Lab Authorized Store at SM Megamall brings selected printers, materials, accessories, and finished creations together in one dedicated retail space.

From Digital Idea to Finished Print

A key part of the in-store experience is seeing the printing process firsthand.

Selected machines will be available for demonstrations, allowing visitors to observe how a digital model becomes a physical object and better understand the basic workflow behind desktop 3D printing.

For someone new to the category, seeing a printer operate in person can help make the technology easier to understand. Customers can also compare print sizes, materials, machine formats, and possible applications before deciding which setup is suitable for them.

The store will showcase examples of what can be produced through desktop 3D printing, including decorative objects, personalized items, educational models, organizers, prototypes, replacement parts, and functional designs.

Visitors can see selected Bambu Lab printers operating in real time and get a closer look at the desktop 3D printing process.

More Than Hardware: Exploring the Bambu Lab Ecosystem

Bambu Lab’s product ecosystem extends beyond printers themselves.

Customers can explore compatible filament options and accessories, while Bambu Lab’s MakerWorld platform gives users access to a growing library of printable 3D models and community-created projects.

MakerWorld allows users to discover designs across different categories and provides another entry point for people who may be interested in 3D printing but do not yet design their own models.

Together, printers, materials, software, and MakerWorld create a more connected workflow—from discovering an idea online to producing a finished object at home, in school, at work, or as part of a creative project.

The SM Megamall location gives customers an opportunity to see these different parts of the ecosystem together rather than encountering them separately online.

Uni3DLab Brings the Authorized Store Experience to the Philippine Market

The Bambu Lab Authorized Store at SM Megamall is operated by Uni3DLab, Bambu Lab’s authorized distributor in the Philippines.

Alongside providing access to Bambu Lab printers, filaments, and accessories, the Uni3DLab team will be available at the store to help customers better understand product differences, material options, and potential applications.

“We want more Filipinos to see 3D printing as something they can actually use and enjoy, rather than something that feels too technical or specialized,” said David Wei, Uni3DLab representative.

“Having a dedicated Bambu Lab Authorized Store at SM Megamall gives customers a chance to see the machines in action, compare different options in person, and understand how 3D printing can support both creative ideas and practical everyday projects.”

He added that having a physical space also gives first-time customers somewhere to ask questions and become more familiar with the technology before choosing a printer or starting their own 3D printing journey.

A select group of media and creators will also visit the location around its opening to experience the store and products firsthand.

Making 3D Printing Easier to Discover

As desktop 3D printing becomes easier to use, its potential audience continues to broaden beyond traditional maker communities.

For students and educators, the technology can be used to turn concepts into physical models. Designers and small businesses can use it for prototyping, product development, or customized objects. Hobbyists can create collectibles, accessories, and replacement parts, while families can explore creative and educational projects together.

A dedicated retail environment gives consumers a chance to see these possibilities firsthand.

At SM Megamall, customers do not need to arrive with prior knowledge of 3D printing. They can begin by seeing a machine operate, looking through finished examples, asking questions, and understanding what kind of setup may fit their intended use.

This more accessible, hands-on format is intended to make the category easier to approach for people who may be encountering desktop 3D printing for the first time.
