Philippine coconut products are synonymous to festive and sustainable holiday gifts, and the 2026 DTI-Bagong Pilipinas National Trade Fair 2nd Edition featuring COCONUTPhilippines is expected to showcase a curated selection of food and non-food coconut items from across the country.
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through its Bureau of Market Development, Promotions, and OTOP (BMDPO), in coordination with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), the event will connect micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) beneficiaries directly with urban consumers, retailers, and commercial distributors.
Building on the strong performance of NTF’s first edition which generated ₱129.69 million in sales, combined with the recent success of the COCONUTPhilippines Trade Fair (CTF) that generated ₱309.58 million in sales, this second edition aims to drive domestic market growth, tap into holiday shopping demand, and build export readiness while keeping local coconut products in the spotlight.
The fair will highlight the versatility and commercial potential of local coconut goods just ahead of the holiday surge. Visitors can explore a wide variety of festive delicacies, coconut sugar products, natural cosmetics, kitchenware, lifestyle décor, and specially curated corporate gift packages.
Through direct selling, interactive product pavilions, live culinary and wine-mixing demonstrations, and structured business matching, participating enterprises can gather valuable feedback to refine their packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies for larger retail markets.
Guests can also look forward to special attractions including the COCO Bar Café, daily themed activities, and educational business talks throughout the event.
Consumers, corporate buyers, and industry representatives are invited to visit the 2026 National Trade Fair featuring COCONUTPhilippines from October 21 to 25, 2026, at Megatrade Halls 1–3, 5th Level, Mega B, SM Megamall.
Entrance or admission is free, giving everyone a chance to support Filipino “cocopreneurs” and purchase authentic, high-quality local products directly from their source.
